Support Director at this prestigious religious institution. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30-12:30 answering phones, fielding questions and responding to requests. Collecting payments and documents for client on-boarding. Use Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for project management. Maintain paper files for hard copy records. Update digital files and communicate with clients via email.
Qualifications
Completed or in progress BA/BS degree. Must have a can do attitude including the mantra :”no job is too big or too small”. Must have strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Must be comfortable using a PC based system and be familiar with Excel and Outlook calendars. Must be committed to the role from November 2020 to July 2021. Potential opportunity to have role extended further.
