Professional Services firm is looking for an Analyst to support their Human Capital Operations team. Will provide data analysis and operational support on all internal systems related to Human Capital. Will manage vendor’s appraisal website, troubleshooting any issues, partner with external vendors on system updates, coordinate email reminder content and calendars, maintain reporting changes and provide software training as needed. Maintain internal firm intranet pages using SharePoint, including keeping bios and contact information up-to-date, posting and updating materials and assisting with page design and maintenance. Assist with build-outs and maintenance of new systems, audit data in PeopleSoft and other portals. Handle internal employee reporting. Support additional projects as needed. Will provide back-up coverage for HC Coordinator.
BA/BS required. 2-3 years of experience in an HR data and/or analytical position, preferably in a professional or financial services firm. Must have excellent written and verbal communication. Must have high attention to detail as well as the ability to use discretion with confidential information. Must have strong time management skills. Successfully able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands, establishes priorities and meets deadlines. Must have knowledge of and strong aptitude for a variety of computer software applications, database and presentation software (including MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Familiarity with / knowledge of HRIS systems (particularly PeopleSoft) preferred.
