Top financial service firm is seeking an HR Team Assistant to support the Head of HR and team. Provide support with phones, calendar management and expenses using Concur for Head of HR and manage the HR team calendar. Assist with the coordination of ongoing and short term HR projects. Maintain and upkeep employee records and track the process of employee anniversaries on monthly basis. Responsible for the office being organized, monitor and maintain office equipment/supplies and repair/restock as necessary. In addition, assist lateral recruiting efforts with interview scheduling logistics and meeting/greeting candidates and also support campus recruiting with greeting guests, event logistics, catering, and tracking/collecting feedback. Will assist with onboarding/offboarding as well. Should be detail oriented, and be able to handle discrete/confidential information.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of support experience within a corporate setting. Must have strong communication and software skills. Ability to roll up sleeves, multitask and shift gears as needed. Must be discrete and handle all confidential information.
