Summary Human Capital team looking for a Coordinator to provide support to HC Director and team. Will collect and process employee paperwork including status change forms, offer letters, references and firm agreements, and track global hires, terminations, as well as job changes. Will process employee background checks and I-9s and maintain employee information in internal database. Create and distribute new hire packets, and other routine employee materials. Will assist with employee requests and audit employee data in PeopleSoft system. Update Consultant biographies and organize performance reports. Will also work on special projects, both independently and within a team. Will handle confidential information.
BA/BS required. Plus 1-2 years (post-grad or internships) in an HR-related position. Must have experience in a fast-paced and high volume environment. Must have strong software skills including advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), experience using an HRIS system preferred. Must have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to handle discrete information with tact and poise.
