Dynamic, rapidly growing consumer products (beauty) company is seeking an HR Manager. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of payroll and benefits, onboarding/offboarding employees, handling employee relations issues, developing and enhancing policies and procedures, performance management, learning and development, labor law compliance, and adhoc projects all while working closely with the CHRO to ensure the company offers best practices for the employee life cycle.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, including handling payroll and benefits. Knowledge of employee relations is required. Must have strong technical skills and experience with a payroll system. Must be a team player and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment. Must be proactive and have a high level of discretion.
