Top midtown NYC PE firm is seeking a Junior Generalist to support the HR function with recruiting, campus recruiting and program management as well as any other HR generalist responsibilities. Will be put on special projects as directed by the CHRO and other senior HRBPs. Will work with Excel and HRIS daily as well as ATS. Assist with the coordination of ongoing and short term HR projects. Contract will last approximately 6 months starting mid to late January.
BA/BS degree required. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years as an HRBP and a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional services environment. Must have experience in recruiting as well as project management. Must have strong Excel skills including experience working with pivot tables. Must have a roll up your sleeve attitude and be willing to pitch in wherever needed.
