Fast-paced, innovative consumer products (beauty) company is seeking an HR Director to run the HR function. Responsibilities include: employee relations, compensation, full cycle recruitment, performance management, compliance and payroll and benefits administration. Work closely with Senior Management to effect change.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience in HR management. Must be able to handle all facets of HR, including knowledge and success in both the tactical and strategic components of HR. Must be adept at building relationships with business leaders. Must have strong communication and HR consultative skills. Experience in the Beauty industry is preferred.
