Top asset management firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the team as a long term contractor. Working closely with members of the HR team, responsibilities include the coordination of components for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits and HRIS. The HR Coordinator will work closely with employees to ensure a smooth transition process and in doing so will work closely with confidential employee information. Will also work closely with interns and handle ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in financial services or professional services. Must have strong technical and analytical skills. Must have great communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, discreet and a proactive problem solver.
