Top notch boutique asset management firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the lean HR team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative components of Recruiting and Benefits, handling all of the logistics for recruiting (posting roles, scheduling candidates, tracking in ATS), working with HR and hiring managers on job descriptions and recruiting strategy, gathering feedback, create and run associated reports, and facilitate on campus recruiting, too. For Benefits, be the first point of contact for employees, work directly with provider and/or insurance broker to get questions answered, maintain benefits compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 1-2 years of relevant HR support experience, preferably in financial services. Must have strong technical skills, be extremely detail oriented and a strong team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must have a proven track record of success in a fast paced, high volume environment. An interest in obtaining an HR certification is a plus.
