Well established financial advisory/asset management firm is seeking a HR Business Partner to support a dynamic infrastructure population of approximately 150 employees. As the HRBP, you will build strong relationships with the senior management of each division as well as high level exposure to C-Suite executives. You will provide support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and training and development. Work closely with HR team to provide well-rounded HR support to your businesses as well as assist with the most senior level recruiting as needed. Develop relevant training programs working with outside vendors to implement. Will work on special projects along side the Head of HR as well as have shared HR operations and administrative support.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7 – 10 years of experience, including 5 years of relevant HRBP experience. Professional services experience and HR partnership with a demanding population are both required. Excellent skillset in employee relations, training and development, performance management and data analysis. Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible mindset. Must excel in both the strategic and tactical, and be willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Must be high energy, team oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and have proven relationship building experience.
