Top tier private equity firm is seeking an HR Associate to join team. The HR Associate will play an integral role in employee data and analytics utilizing Workday and Greenhouse. Running and analyzing recruiting and employee metric reports, working on processes for onboarding new employees including orientations, answering questions including regarding benefits, and working on HRIS projects as needed. The HR Associate will work closely with recruiting in order to capture and analyze all data in Greenhouse and to provide support as needed to ensure a smooth process for the candidates. The HR Associate will also get involved in general HR projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2-3 years of relevant experience. HR rotational program experience is preferred. Experience in Workday and Greenhouse preferred, and must have experience with an HRIS system and ATS. Must have strong technical skills including in Excel. Must have strong analytical and project management skills. Strong communication skills are required. Must be a strong team player who is extremely detail oriented and shift priorities as needed.
