Top tier Private Equity firm is seeking an HR Assistant to support the team. Responsibilities include: for the head of the HR: heavy phones, heavy calendar management, lots of meeting prep including pulling and creating documents for the meetings, and ad hoc projects as needed. For the team: preparing offer letters and new hire packets, processing benefits paperwork, processing payroll information, meeting and interview scheduling, and ad hoc projects as needed for the team.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 2+ years of relevant administrative support, ideally in financial services or professional services. Must have strong multi-tasking skills, strong technical skills, a great team player and high level of discretion.
