Responsibilities include full service benefits program management: health/dental/vision plans, wellness plans/events, 401K plan, partnering with benefits broker, providing high-level service to the employees regarding all benefits questions, issues that arise, and any concerns. The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 8+ years of relevant benefits management experience. Must be well versed in all aspects on managing benefit plans, administering open enrollment, partnering with benefits brokers and must be up to date on laws surrounding leaves. Must be able to manage all benefit compliance and audit requirements. Must have experience as a high-end service provider, empathetic, discreet, and highly professional.
