Global investment firm is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join their Finance team. In this role, the Finance Coordinator will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Travel & Expenses, Revenue tracking and some financial reporting. Working closely with the team, the Coordinator will also interact with other departments at the firm as well as vendors. The Finance Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the team as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree, finance or accounting degree preferred. Internships or one year of office experience required. An affinity for working with numbers and an interest in building a career on a finance team preferred. Must have advanced Excel skills plus proficiency with Word and PowerPoint. Must be a team player who can multi-task effectively, is highly organized and prioritize/shift priorities as needed. Must be detail oriented and have a high level of discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a great energy level are required.
