Summary
Top tier private equity firm is seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support multiple partners. Responsibilities include: heavy travel and calendar management, heavy meeting coordination, event planning, forward thinking and planning, corresponding via phone and email on their behalf, reporting, special projects as needed, and personal assistant support as needed including meals, vacations, event planning and errands. Time will be split between working in the office and remotely.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree (3.0 GPA or higher) plus at least 5 years of experience, must have supported senior level executives. Front office, financial services experience is preferred. Must have technical skills, be incredibly detail oriented, and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a team player who is successful in a fast-paced environment and manages pressure well. Need a great attitude and experience working in highly confidential environment. Some experience handling personal work is required as well.
