Boutique, global investment bank is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide support to the office and ensure that the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include administrative support, first point of contact for the NY office, maintain and order office supplies and stationary, travel and expense reports, coordinate meeting logistics and materials, database management, HR support related to on-boarding and employee information maintenance, and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in a corporate environment. College degree preferred. Must have strong communications skills (both written and verbal), strong technical skills, great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and reprioritize as needed. Fluency in a second language (especially Spanish) is a plus. Must be a strong team player.
