Boutique, premier PR agency is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and manage the office. Responsibilities will include true right hand coverage of the CEO (heavy phone coverage, calendar management, gate-keeping, email correspondence) as well as database management, office coordination (point of contact with vendors, order supplies) and meet and greet all visitors.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably including some C-Level support experience. Must be a strong team player, assertive, proactive and have a strong ability to multi-task. Solid technical skills required. Database skills a plus. Office coordination experience a plus. High energy and a high level of professionalism required.
