Global top tier private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2-3 HR executives. Responsibilities include heavy recruitment scheduling/coordination (campus and lateral recruitment), track and manage candidate feedback, phone coverage and calendar management, meeting coordination and prep, travel and expenses, and ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of administrative support including senior level executive support. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills. Must have great client services skills along with a successful track record of making strong relationships.
