Top tier Real Estate Finance firm is seeking an Assistant to support 4 senior Managing Directors and their 9 reports. In addition, this person will also help backup the CEO when his assistant is out of town. Responsibilities will include: phone coverage, calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports, database management, meeting and conference call scheduling. Projects will include running with presentation materials, document production and editing as well as ad hoc project management that aligns with the candidates strengths and interests. Hours are 8:30 – 5:30 with some light OT if candidate is looking for more projects to work on.
Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience, preferably with experience in the financial services industry. Must have strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work with minimal direction, exercise good judgment and creativity, and work in a fast-paced, team oriented, professional environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in making independent decisions. Advanced skills required using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur and internet research.
