Exciting non-profit is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director alongside another senior EA. Responsibilities will include: extensive phone coverage and calendar management, heavy gatekeeping, detailed meeting planning, travel logistics, Board Meeting preparation and coordination, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and ad hoc projects as needed. This is a super busy seat but will have great work/life balance and lots of exciting work to do.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience, including C-Level executive support experience preferred. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must be able to seamlessly multi-task, be forward thinking and extremely polished. Candidate will be asked to submit a writing sample. Hours are 9am – 5:30pm with little to no OT required.
