Prestigious Alternative Asset Manager is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to a team of professionals including 3 senior professionals in private equity and 2 senior HR executives. Responsibilities include: heavy phone coverage, extensive travel management and detailed itineraries. Will also be responsible for detailed calendar management and coordination. Will process expenses uses concur and will work closely with other assistants throughout the firm. Will work on any ad-hoc administrative projects as necessary. Hours are generally 9 – 5 with minimal paid OT required.
BA/BS degree required. Candidate must have 3+ years of support experience in an administrative capacity directly supporting a busy senior executive team. Financial services experience is plus. Must be a true team-player with a proactive and nurturing attitude. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
