Assist with projects for the executives. Order lunches and catering for meetings. Update outlook contacts, use concur and Salesforce. The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant support experience. Financial services experience preferred and or the exposure to the non-profit world is a plus. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong technical skills, be team oriented, and extremely professional. Must be detail oriented. Prior experience using a CRM system and Concur required.
