Global financial services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Portfolio Manager and a few direct reports. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage and calendar management, travel and expenses, gate-keeping, meeting planning, note taking during meetings and additional responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate has a college degree and 5+ years of administrative support experience. Financial services experience required. Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong attention to detail, an ability to prioritize and shift priorities, and assertive in thinking ahead. Strong technical skills in MS Office required. Must be a strong team player.
