Boutique (and growing!) real estate development firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder. Will handle calendar management, meeting planning and preparation, order supplies and manage vendor communication. Will arrange travel, create itineraries and process expense reports. Will carry out ad-hoc projects as needed including going through founder’s email daily and using Quickbooks and Excel. Room for growth!
BA/BS required. Must have 2+ years of relevant administrative/office support experience in a fast-paced environment. Must be a true team player with a positive and humble attitude. Must be proficient in Excel and be interested in learning new software programs. Must be able to effectively independently manage and prioritize various long term projects. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
