Boutique Investment Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Director of Recruitment, Managing Director and VP along with back up support to other executives as needed. Manage calendars, coordinate travel, expenses (using Concur) and ad-hoc projects. Will also support the Director of Recruitment with meeting/greeting visitors, heavy scheduling of interviews, and recruiting related events. Will provide back-up support to reception for lunch breaks and time off. Must have a can do attitude and ability to multi-task under pressure.
BA/BS required, financial services preferred. Must have 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services or professional services. Must be a true team player with a positive and humble attitude. Must have strong technical and interpersonal communication skills. Hours 9-5pm.
