Global Real Estate firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2 Executives within Hospitality & Marketing. Will handle detailed calendar management, travel arrangements/expenses, as well as gate-keeping and meeting coordination/preparation. Will also provide light support to Chief Accounting Officer and carry out ad-hoc projects as needed.
BA/BS required. Candidate must have 5+ years’ experience as an assistant. Must have experience from a corporate environment. Must have high level of professionalism and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Must have strong communication skills (written/verbal). Flexibility to work OT as needed. Hours 9-6.
