Dynamic biotech company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to Senior Executives on the Development Team. Own all scheduling and calendar management for assigned executives, including proactively scheduling meetings and navigating ‘fire drills’ and changing priorities. Partner with executives to ensure priorities are reflected and maintained in the calendar. Manage inbox and flag important follow-up items. Handle all matters with high level of discretion and confidentiality. Create or improve administrative processes to reduce inefficiencies. Book domestic and international travel and prepare and submit expense reports using Concur. Provide ad-hoc support to junior team members as needed.
BA/BS degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3- 5 years of administrative support experience preferably in a fast-paced environment, financial services/tech preferred. Should be proactive, positive, energetic and be a team player. Must have strong attention to detail along with strong time management and organizational skills. Should have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. Must be an independent worker with the ability to follow direction and the flexibility to change direction when needed. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
