Corporate headquarters of this $1.5 billion financial services company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and a few of his C-Suite team. Responsibilities include: heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting planning, event coordination, office coordination and ad hoc projects as needed.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience preferably in the professional services industry. Must have strong technical skills. Must have strong communication (written and verbal) skills and an ability to be assertive, forward-thinking and eager to ensure the office runs smoothly.
