Support the General Counsel with respect to a wide variety of executive administrative duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining contact lists; tracking and filing expense reports; tracking and arranging travel; arranging meetings and conferences; maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for the General Counsel and designated members of the Legal Affairs team. Oversee office activities and schedules; drafting and archiving correspondence; attending management meetings and taking minutes; preparing agendas; and liaising with a numerous groups within the organization. The assistant will have a significant role in the Legal Affairs Department and assist on budgetary and entity management matters, as well as projects relating to information management.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidate must have 7+ years of experience assisting the General Counsel or other high-level executives in an executive administrative support role. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Concur expense reporting system is required. Experience working with contract management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
