Administrative Assistant

Salary: $70-75K
Location: NYC - Midtown

Summary

Global Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 4 MDs on a busy team. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage and calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting planning and some document production as needed. Lots of projects to get involved in. Some business operations experience would be great.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 2 – 3 years of relevant support experience. Financial services or professional services experience is a plus. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong technical skills, be team oriented, and extremely professional. Must be detail oriented. Must be flexible for some light paid OT as needed.
