Prestigious NYC family office is seeking a top notch assistant to support 3 executives. Organize travel, manage calendars, process visas. Process travel and corporate expenses. Assist with projects for General Counsel. Order lunches and catering for meetings. Update outlook contacts. Back up other assistants as needed. Assist with kitchen/deliveries/supplies/distribute mail and ensure overall cleanliness and upkeep of office. Answer main phone line as needed. Ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant support experience. Financial services experience required. Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), strong technical skills, be team oriented, and extremely professional. Must be detail oriented. Must be flexible for some light paid OT as needed.
