Executive Assistant – CVENT Experience

Salary: $80-90K
Location: NYC - Midtown

Summary

Prestigious Financial Services company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to a team of professionals including one senior partner plus a team of 6. Responsibilities include: heavy phone coverage, extensive travel management and detailed itineraries. Will also be responsible for detailed calendar management and coordination. Will process expenses uses concur and will work closely with other assistants throughout the firm. Heavy event planning is approximately 60% of the role with the need to attend events as needed. The role will involve out of town travel during the week to attend events throughout the country on an as needed basis. Will work on any ad-hoc administrative projects as necessary. In office hours are generally 9 – 5 but with some in office hours and at home work after hours and on weekends.

 

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required. Candidate must have 7+ years of support experience in an administrative capacity directly supporting a busy senior executive team. Financial services experience is plus. Must have experience working on large scale events with over 100 attendees. Knowledge of CVENT or similar is required. Must be a true team-player with a proactive and nurturing attitude. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. Must have experience using Concur or other travel related processing system.
