Global, rapidly growing consumer services firm is seeking a top notch Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include heavy gatekeeping and calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting logistics and planning, revising Word and PPT docs, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, some event planning, some personal work and ad hoc projects as needed. Focus is to keep the CEO on track and to ensure his office runs efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have college degree plus a minimum of five years of administrative support experience including having supported a CEO or equivalent executive. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. Must have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and shift priorities, and work for an executive who wants to be kept apprised of every detail. Thick-skinned and flexible are key attributes to being successful in this seat.
