Professional services firm seeking an Executive Assistant to support President. Will handle calendar management, travel/itineraries, client communication and meeting preparation/set-up. Will assist with document editing/organization as well as PowerPoint presentations. Will also carry-out special projects and manage follow-up processes. Provide support to Sales team including CRM database maintenance and updates, attend meetings and take minutes. Assist with billing and reconciling expenses.
BA/BS preferred. 3+ yrs experience in administrative support role. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite as well as cloud-based file storage (SharePoint, GoogleDrive). Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor, willing to help where needed and take on additional projects. Resourceful problem-solver with excellent organizational skills. Must have exceptional communication skills (written / verbal). Must be solutions-focused with an eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
