Energy focused investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. EA responsibilities include heavy phone coverage, calendar management, gatekeeping, travel and expenses, and ad hoc projects as needed. PA responsibilities include working with the spouse to coordinate family calendar, family travel (commercial and private jet), personal appointments and errands as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus 3-5 years of relevant admin/personal assistant experience, C-level support experience is a plus. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and a great ability to coordinate and streamline processes. Must be able to work autonomously, think outside the box, and be forward-thinking.
