Executive Search Firm seeking an Executive Assistant to provide one on one support to a senior Consultant within the firm’s Leadership & Succession practice. EA will handle extensive gatekeeping, internal and external communication and prioritization of incoming requests. Handle detailed calendar management including extensive scheduling for candidates and client meetings. Maintain internal database and update with client information. Prepare contracts and new business presentations using PowerPoint. Manage travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Organize and maintain highly confidential documentation. Edit bios and status documents. Will handle extensive project management and track action items.
BA/BS required. 5-10 years of prior EA support, with exposure to C-level executives in a corporate / professional services environment. Must have superior communication skills (written/verbal) as well as technology/software skills including MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Must be extremely detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
