Director of Administration – Recently Filled

Summary

Energy focused investment firm is seeking a Director of Administration to oversee a team of administrative support across multiple domestic offices. Lead the team to ensure best practices, proper allocation, training and development, and performance management. Handle office management for NY office including facilities, real estate, general daily office management as well as event planning.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Must have experience supervising a group of at least 10 administrative support professionals, preferably across multiple locations. Must have office management experience. Must have experience in budget management, project management, and with travel and expense management systems. Construction management required. Must have strong communication skills and be a team player. Some travel required.
