Summary
Responsible for the administration of Firm’s equity RSU program including monitoring and tracking vesting and delivery of equity. Work with administration service provider on data entry and maintenance of program. Work with HR Compensation team to coordinate year end grants, offer letters terms and forfeited buyout terms and replacement awards. Work with Legal to prepare RSU agreements including plan and law changes annually. Assist with compilation of equity information for monthly accounting process including compliance reviews, annual proxy statement and SEC filings. Prepare for shareholder meetings including compensation planning for Section 16 officers. Produce materials for the Board of Directors and Comp Committee up to 4 times per year. Project and analyze cash needs of the business for redemptions and exchanges. Will be responsible for GAAP reporting on partnership awards. Will manage EPS calculations. Determine the appropriate tax treatment for all award types.
Qualifications
Completed BA/BS degree required. Minimum 10 years of experience in equity administration with at least 5 years managing an equity administration team for a global public company. Must have strong understanding across a variety of equity awards and public company equity programs. Experience with Shareworks and Workday platforms strongly preferred. Experience in a financial services firm preferred. Certified Equity Professional certificate is preferred.
