Work as a member of the business development team at this successful HR consulting firm. Work on marketing materials to send to prospects. Follow up with with warm calls to existing and potential new clients. Manage database of prospects and work with senior sales team to develop sales strategies. Market and educate senior HR leaders at potential clients on the company’s resources and products. Work on new business proposals and edit as needed.
Successful candidate must have a completed BA/BS degree. Must have experience in a sales capacity and be client facing. Project management experience is required. Knowledge of and experience in HR, Benefits, EAP, Learning and Development and/or coaching is a plus. A background in counseling, psychology and social work is a plus. Must be organized and be able to multi-task. Ability to learn new programs and systems easily. Must be eager to learn. Strong writing and editing skills required.
