Dynamic, rapidly growing pharma/biotech firm is seeking a Benefits Administrator. Responsibilities include full service day to day benefits administration including: health/dental/vision plans, 401K plan, partnering with benefits broker on renewal, providing high-level service to the employees regarding all benefits questions, issues that arise, and any concerns. Will also handle and must have knowledge on all benefits regulations and be familiar with HRIS systems.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 8+ years of relevant benefits administration experience. Pharma/Biotech, Financial services, or start-up preferred. Must be well versed in all aspects of benefit plans, administering open enrollment, partnering with benefits brokers, up to date on laws/regulations, experience as a high-end service provider, empathetic, discreet, and highly professional.
