Global investment management firm is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to focus on benefits administration, wellness programs, and leave programs. Responsibilities will include: assist employees with any benefits issues and questions, work on benefit orientations and open enrollment, utilize HRIS system, plan and execute wellness programs, manage leaves, and ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree plus 1-2 years of benefits experience. Financial services or professional services experience preferred. HRIS experience required, Workday preferred. Strong communication and understanding of insurance information. Team player, self starter, and high level of discretion. Employee focused, high touch experience required.
