NYC Asset Management Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two senior MDs on the executive floor of the company. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage and calendar management, travel and expenses, gate-keeping, meeting planning and PowerPoint decks. Draft and proofread communication items including factsheets and bios. Monitor and distribute firm media coverage; monitor competitor coverage and earnings announcements. Track media interactions including media inquiries, conferences and events. Maintain media lists.
Undergraduate degree with a minimum of three years of work experience; finance or private equity experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills; ability to clearly communicate and work well with other teams.
