Global financial services firm is seeking a Team Assistant to support some executives in Investor Relations/Client Services. Responsibilities will include: heavy phone coverage, calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting and materials preparation and first point of contact for incoming communications.
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus two years of relevant support experience in financial services. Experience interacting with clients is a plus. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task seamlessly. Must be a strong team player and have a high level of discretion.
