Dynamic, rapidly growing pharmaceutical/biotech firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support 4 Investment VP’s and their teams. Responsibilities include managing calendars/meetings domestic/international travel, expense reports using Concur, booking conference rooms and setting up Vc’s, PowerPoint Presentations, arrange catering, office supplies and other general administrative tasks and coordination for the team. Assist with coordination of 2 yearly conferences. Must be polished, poised and have ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Have the ability to take on additional projects.
Must have BA/BS. Must have minimum of 4-6 years support experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably financial services, start -up or pharma) with shifting priorities. Positive and can-do attitude, jack of all trades with strong attention to detail. Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, Concur a plus.
