Summary
Support CEO and team of a highly successful well established boutique financial services firm. Support 9 in all administrative capacities including front of house/reception duties, office supply management, manage team calendars and coordinate client meetings and events. Coordinate travel, execute client gift program, manage database of continuing education requirements and insurance certifications. Process invoices and expense reports. Support CEO with some PA duties including appointment management and bill pay. Tackle any ad hoc projects as they arise. Job requires in office attendance one day a week at this time but flexible for more days should it be needed. Will be full time in the office when all return to work.
Qualifications
BA/BS required with a GPA of at least 3.2. Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant administrative/office support experience in a fast-paced environment and strong calendar management expertise. Must be a true team player with a positive and humble attitude. Must have strong technical and interpersonal communication skills. Must have strong writing and editing skills. Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize various projects. In office hours are generally 9am-6pm but must have a 24/7 mentality answering calls and responding to emails during off hours.
