Boutique Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support several Sr. Investment Professionals. Responsibilities include managing phones, calendars, contacts, travel/expense coordination using Concur along with document execution. Assist with mailing/package coordination, maintenance of kitchen/supply room and with planning internal events. Some PA work and ad-hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of team support experience within financial services/professional services in a fast-paced environment. Will possess a positive attitude and warm personality. Candidate will be quick on their feet, have a high degree of ownership, and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast moving, dynamic environment with a no task is to small attitude.
