Administrative Assistant – Marketing

Summary

Real Estate Development firm is seeking a Team Administrative Assistant to support their Marketing division, focused on Brand Marketing & Sponsorship. Will manage incoming communications including email correspondence, phone coverage, document preparation, edit presentations and sponsorship pitches.
Will handle heavy scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, organization of materials and marketing premiums, drafting correspondence and memos on behalf of the senior leadership/marketing announcements, logistics coordination for construction site walks and external tours. Will work proactively in a fast-paced environment, awareness of shifting priorities moving toward deadlines. Manage calendars including the direct responsibility to facilitate meetings with upper level executives and outside agencies.

Qualifications

BA/BS required. Plus 2+ years of administrative support experience from a corporate environment. Must have a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism. Must have very strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, must be able to handle a wide range of projects with a proactive approach. Must be a true team player, willing to take on additional projects as part of the role.
