Dynamic biotech company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the head of Technology Infrastructure and the team. Manage calendars and contacts for designated team members. Proactively schedule meetings, external calls, internal team calls/meetings. Coordinate conference rooms and set up VC’s for team along with catering orders for external lunches and other meetings. Register team for conferences. Book domestic and international travel and prepare and submit expense reports using Concur. Work with legal team to get contracts reviewed and approved. Create and manage PO’s and e-signatures through DocuSign. Additional general administrative tasks including answering phones, sending Fedex/mail and ad hoc projects as assigned.
BA/BS degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferably in a fast-paced environment, experience with technology a plus. Should be proactive, positive, energetic and be a team player. Must have strong attention to detail along with strong time management and organizational skills. Should have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. Must be an independent worker with the ability to follow direction and the flexibility to change direction when needed. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
