Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition

Summary

Real Estate firm seeking Administrative Assistant to support Head of Talent Acquisition. Will handle extensive gatekeeping, detailed calendar management and meeting coordination, travel/expenses, and document organization/preparation. Will liaise with senior level executives throughout organization as well as external companies. Will also assist with interview coordination including booking travel and facilitating process. Handle internal/external communications and prioritize requests for talent acquisition team. Plan events start to finish. Will also be assigned special projects.

 

Qualifications

BA/BS required. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative support experience in a similar corporate and fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate high level of discretion and professionalism, with the ability to build relationships across organization. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should proactively anticipate needs of team. Must be flexible to work OT as needed. Experience and/or interest in HR strongly preferred.
