Susan has a wide-ranging business background that helps her cater to a diverse client base. With hands-on career training in retail, marketing, media, advertising and human resources she can help to select the best possible candidates for your company. Her two most recent positions prepared her to deliver the services top businesses require from their recruitment firm. Most recently Susan was a VP at a boutique search firm in midtown Manhattan for 4 years. Prior to that, Susan worked at Bankers Trust in recruiting as a staffing specialist. Susan earned an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA degree in Communications from SUNY Albany.

Lesley has had an extensive career in Human Resources at major Fortune 500 companies, smaller to mid-size firms and non-profits. Prior to starting Miller Klein Group, Lesley ran her own HR consulting agency. Her final assignment was as a recruiter for the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum where she focused on high volume staffing at all levels. Prior to that, Lesley was SVP, Director of Human Resources for Morgen-Walke Associates, a leading global business communications firm, where she enhanced the human resources capabilities in order to provide a full service HR function to the firm. Earlier in her career, Lesley was responsible for campus recruitment and employee relations/generalist functions at firms including JP Morgan and Bankers Trust. Lesley holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Lehigh University.

Lauren joined Miller Klein Group in 2011. She has honed her recruiting skills over the years to source and match quality candidates with MKG's top-tier clients. In addition to finding great talent, she has developed a strong and diverse client base which includes financial services, tech, consulting, and non-profit companies. Lauren has led presentations for college students and recent graduates on interviewing and resume writing, and she also volunteers with various career service initiatives throughout the city. Prior to MKG, Lauren was an administrative assistant within the legal field where she developed her formal writing and interpersonal communication skills. Lauren holds a BA from the University of Maryland in Theater with a minor in French Literature and Language.

Liz has a strong recruiting background having worked a good portion of her career in recruiting for the retail sector. Her experience includes working 10 years as a talent acquisition specialist with Pivotal Search Group, a division of the Haley Stuart Group. In this role, she recruited C-level executives for top specialty retailers nationally, on both contingent and retained searches. Her ability to source and identify qualified candidates for very specific searches contributed to her success and will carry her forward in the Administrative/HR space. Prior to recruiting, Liz worked in the social occasion dress market as a key account executive. She was responsible for running and driving the business with Major Department Stores across the country along with specialty boutiques. With her extensive product knowledge she developed strategic initiatives that drove sales, increased market share, all while enhancing bottom line margins. Liz holds a BA in Psychology/Business from Ithaca College.

Jennifer has a diverse background in Human Resources including more than six years of HR leadership experience in the FinTech world as a recruiter for Provenir and as HR Director at Scivantage. During her time as Director, she created and implemented the HR policies and procedures for the company. Prior to that, Jennifer worked for several years in the finance industry as an HR generalist at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and at GMAC Commercial Finance. She began her career in customer service at Health Net, a health insurance company. Jennifer holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut and a Certificate in Human Capital Management from NYU.

Dominique has a diverse background with experience in the retail, marketing and non-profit sectors. She has interned at the Broom County Promise Zone, a school-model program, providing administrative support to the mentors and the Community Schools Coordinator of the Windsor school district. While an intern and student, Dominique was also a Social Media Coordinator for a local student-run business. She has extensive experience in the retail sector, working with many commercially popular brands including Sunglass Hut and BCBGMAXAZRIA. These roles have given her the opportunity to refine her skills in client service, research and technology. Dominique is a recent graduate of Binghamton University with a BS in Human Development.

Virginia joined Miller Klein Group in 2018. She is a recent graduate of Towson University with a BS in Psychology. For the summers of 2017 and 2018, she was the Assistant Director of a day camp in Breezy Point, where she oversaw operations for over 15 groups. This role allowed Virginia to further develop her communication and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. She also recently worked as a consultant for Rodan + Fields, a marketing company that specializes in skincare. While working to sell new products and expand her sales team, Virginia increased her interpersonal abilities. In addition, she served as the Social Media Director for her sorority in college, where she gained experience in managing different networking platforms.

In 2018, Sydnie joined the MKG team. Her most recent work experiences include e-commerce, marketing, sales and childcare. Sydnie's background in sales and marketing has helped in her success at two high-end boutiques in Huntington, New York. She assisted with social media, advertising and sales. Prior to that, Sydnie interned at Grey State Apparel in NYC. While at Grey State she attended sales seminars and the Intermezzo tradeshow and assisted the design team on various projects. While working towards her degree, she worked for Designer Leatherworks, an online company, where she created budgets, business plans, marketing strategies and helped the company's growth through social media. She also helped to redesign their website and was in charge of customer acquisitions and tracking the customer base. These endeavors have enabled Sydnie to build upon her skills in marketing, sales and customer relationship management. Sydnie is a proud recent graduate of High Point University. She holds a BS in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Accounting.
